This instant feedback allows you to gain insight into student satisfaction. It provides a window into what students are thinking, feeling, and concerned about so you can identify trends, respond to student needs, and mitigate risk faster and more efficiently.
In my role as a Front End Engineer (Software Engineer III) on the Chatbot & Analytics team, I focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence components into our chatbot product and developing responsive web applications. Utilizing technologies like React and Remix, I ensure our applications perform seamlessly across various devices. My work involves close collaboration within agile teams, participating in two-week sprints, and using Azure and Azure DevOps for project management. I'm also tasked with debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues to maintain the quality and consistency of our software architecture.
